The hotel offers elegant and spacious rooms with a floating breakfast experience, although they can get hot and humid requiring a dehumidifier. The strong smell of mold may affect sleep quality but the size and elegance of the rooms are impressive. Service is exceptionally helpful and kind, especially at the restaurant and pool. The location, nestled near the forest and rice fields, provides a calm retreat close to Ubud's main attractions. The dining experience, while delicious, may have delayed service at times. Overall, the facilities are well-kept and enjoyable.
I had an amazing time at this hotel situated on a mountain hill overlooking the jungle and a river. The rooms were exceptional, featuring a fantastic forest view, and the service was truly above and beyond. While the dining experience was excellent, the temporary closure for a private event did impact the overall enjoyment. The location was stunning, close to Ubud market and with helpful staff. Despite some room for improvement in communication, the overall value for the price paid was great.

The hotel is nestled beautifully in the rooftop in the middle of the Jungle, offering spacious, clean, and cozy rooms with basic amenities. However, the strong smell of mold made my stay a bit stressful as it affected my sleep.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was great and really quiet, with an amazing floating breakfast and a lovely freestanding bath. The only downside was that the room was extremely hot and humid despite the air conditioning, requiring a dehumidifier to be running and emptied a few times a day.
